What dogs actually need vs human expectations. How our clients handle expectation and how that influences what they do. Dare to break the mould in your business so that you are successful in terms that are meaningful to you.
Module 4: Choice
Why choice is important for our dogs and how to include it effectively. Move from compliance to cooperation with clients who take responsibility for their progress and respect our boundaries. Choose the business plan that fits your individual needs and personality.

Design training plans that work for dogs and humans. Adapt teaching style to different clients and flex between coaching, training and mentoring. Create an awesome programme that reflects who you are and that your ideal clients want to buy!
Module 6: Visibility
Learn to see so much more through detailed observations of our dogs. Learn to see and hear what is beneath the words our clients say. Be seen yourself as you find your natural area of influence and make magic!
Module 7: Enrolment
Enrol dogs in training through appropriate reinforcement and delivery. Enrol clients in doing the work through goal setting and addressing obstacles. Enrol your ideal clients into your programme in a way that is heartfelt not salesy.
Module 8: Reflection
Adjust plans and troubleshoot training for both dog and human. Give and receive effective feedback in ways that work for each individual client. Measure and review how your business is doing. Adjust what isn't working and grow what is.
Module 9: Relationship
What makes good relationship and secure attachment? Support clients to build a stronger bond with their dogs so they both benefit. Create connection with clients so they stay with you and support each other. Grow and nurture your audience so that they love what you do and share with others.
Module 10: Communication
Develop excellence in communicating effectively and clearly with dogs and people. Learn how to clarify your message and make sure it lands whatever medium you are using.

Make the most of natural reinforcers and learn how to harness rather than suppress instinctive behaviours. Find new ways to motivate clients. Master self motivation and what to do when you lose your mo-jo.
